As the market evolved, the company chose to specialize exclusively in aluminium alloys<\/strong>, discontinuing brass and bronze. During the same period, coal-fired furnaces were replaced with electric melting furnaces, significantly improving the working environment and meeting new hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.<\/p>\n

In the 1990s, the company took a further step forward by opening a die casting department, now equipped with three automated machines of different tonnages.<\/p>\n

Today, Fonderia Sala operates across a wide range of sectors<\/strong>\u2014from food to mechanical to automotive\u2014using various aluminium alloys and offering a complete product: machining, surface treatments, and heat treatments.<\/p>\n

Flexibility is one of the company\u2019s strengths<\/strong>: we can quickly start production using different alloys, such as aluminium-magnesium, aluminium-copper, aluminium-silicon, and aluminium-zinc. This capability applies to both gravity die casting and die casting processes.<\/p>\n

            Con l\u2019evoluzione del mercato, l\u2019azienda sceglie di specializzarsi esclusivamente nelle leghe di alluminio<\/strong>, abbandonando ottone e bronzo. Nello stesso periodo i forni a carbone vengono sostituiti con forni elettrici, migliorando in modo significativo l\u2019ambiente di lavoro e adeguandosi alle nuove esigenze di igiene, sicurezza e tutela ambientale.<\/p>\r\n

            Negli anni Novanta l\u2019azienda compie un ulteriore passo avanti con l\u2019apertura del reparto di pressofusione, oggi dotato di tre macchine automatizzate di diverso tonnellaggio.<\/p>\r\n
