Manufacturing of moulds
Production of tooling in collaboration with specialized companies and qualified partners.
Sampling and product validation
Sample production to verify casting quality, dimensional accuracy, and process efficiency before mass production.
Casting production
Gravity die casting can be carried out manually, using hydraulic benches, or universal die casting machines. High pressure die casting is carried out using three machines (200t, 250t, and 360t). Each process is tailored to suit both high-volume and small-batch production.
Supply of as-cast or finished castings
Castings can be supplied as-cast or surface-finished through polishing, deburring, sandblasting, tumbling, or manual finishing. Mechanical machining can also be performed, and where required, inserts such as threaded bushes, pins, and fasteners can be integrated during casting.
